Why do cons think when Obama say higher education he means college?

Amina Motzer: I thought he meant reading picture books after smoking bongs.

Codi Manchel: Bc the cons are high on meth and oxy...You kno, like their icon, Drug Rush...Only he adds viagra to his cocktail...Esp when he's "vacationing" in the Dominican Republic.Hmmm....Show more

Sabra Roers: Yeah, we know. Judging from his SOTU campaign stump, "higher education" to 0webaabaa means 9th grade.

Sharri Scalley: He said it in the Youtube interview.

Lissette Semon: For Libs it's making it past third grade.

Benita Nancy: You just said what I always thought it meant; do you have a Doctor of Redundancy or are you not aware of what you said?

Brian Marquina: most areas of the USA a trade school is at the college. You need to educate yourself. Then again for most of his inner city voters, higher ed means 8th grade.

Ollie Desalvo: The why doesn't the bastard insist that those capable of working but collecting welfare be placed into job trainin! g programs. We would at least see some benefits in the money that is being spent.Tell me though how do you know what Cons think? I can tell you that Obama has mentioned college loans far more than he has ever mentioned trade schools. How many times has he mentioned student loans? Once, twice, 50,000,000Trade schools is NOT considered education in the normal sense of the word. It is training to build skills.Do you mean to tell me that if I were to go to a motorcycle repair school I would be able to solve algebraic problems?higher educationn.Education beyond the secondary level, especially education at the college or university level....Show more

Elvin Weichbrodt: Thanks for trying to associate your idiotic quote with my ideology. I appreciate that.

Lawanna Livsey: Yeah; eloquent.

Mack Ukich: I'm glad we've made that distinction.

Marty Tichnell: Obama never talks about trade schools and always references "college" and many Liberals in this section di! ss community colleges and make snide references to the fact th! ey aren't "real" colleges. I pay attention and believe you are incorrect. However, if you can provide a link to support your claim, I will answer accordingly.

Evelin Turlich: um... trade schools and community colleges, are colleges. i think the bachelors/masters/phd granting institutions you are referring to are called universities.

Brock Hladik: Are you sure he didn't mean secondary school (high school)? That is a higher education than primary school. Why do you assume what other people think?

Inge Mclaurine: "By higher education he means trade schools, community colleges, and college."Then he might want to inform his minions, because most of them think it's * exactly * that ... college.

Dee Depung: ...all of which are colleges. Not all colleges are degree-granting institutions. Some are certificate based. An institution of higher education is, by definition, a college under North American language standards....Show more

Bob Nakamoto: What yo! u said is correct, but most people (not just cons) associate "higher education" with "college."

Kaylee Schmittou: So a community college is not a college? Is that what you're trying to say?I think everybody understands that higher education means any education done beyond high school. Thanks for clearing up any ambiguity that you might not be a partisan whackjob....Show more
