Scot Rotruck: My parents aren't super anti-makeup, like, they let me wear more than some people, but they let me wear about the equivalent of all the 6th graders which bothers me. All my friends and peers get to wear stuff like eye shadow, eye liner, etc. but my parents will have a serious discussion with me about how it looks cheep if I wear something as simple as eye liner. They also never take me shopping to get any makeup because "the natural look is better" and since I rarely go shopping (sad, I know) I never buy any and so I'm super limited in what I can wear. It's not like I want to be able to cake it on, like a fake face, but really is eye liner or colored mascara so bad once in a while? I have like two friends who don't care about what they wear and probably wouldn't notice if a rat was living in their hair, and so whenever I talk to my parents about makeup about it, they're always like "not everyone does it, your two friends don't, soyou don't need to either."! and that's the end of the discussion. Also, not on purpose, but every time I talk to them about it, I get a bit teary eyed because they're really insensative and insult all the makeup I wear and say thing like "we don't want you looking like a slut". It dosen't even make me that sad, because I don't care about their opinion that much, but I get all teary-eyed anyways(accidently, I can't control it) and then they're like "oh honey." and won't treat me like an adult (I understand why :( ugh). What should I do? How can I convince them it's not so terrible? Also, how can I not get all teary-eyed and lame when I'm not even sad? That bothers me a lot too. What about the shopping problem? Thanks!!
Carmina Stickney: To feel at least somewhat better about myself. I'm less self-conscious.
Devon Kalberer: Maybe u can work.and have ur own money to shop whenever u feel like it :)

Bibi Tyron: trying to impress the guy i like.. and be pretty :)
Rhett Kaines: Instead of begging your parents to let you wear makeup, consider giving them points as to why it would be beneficial such as:- It will help improve your self confidence- It is fun to play with makeup- It is something to bond over with fri! endsAlso, volunteer to pay for as well, so they can see your responsible enough to save money and wear makeup. And make sure you tell them you dont want to cake on a bunch of orange makeup. You only want to enhance your natural features! And if they say your that your other 2 friends dont wear makeup just say: I not like them mum, and that you'd perfer that they didn't compare you to them as it makes you feel less confident and upset. And if they say no oneday wait a week or two before you ask again so they dont feel like your nagging them ALL DAY long. :) Hope I helped!Good Luck!
Gilberto Cratin: Save up money then go buy makeup on your own. You can go to school early and put it on in the bath room then just take it off before you go home. Good luck =)
Maurice Breuning: I wear makeup to give me that extra boost of confidence, so that no one says "look at her zit!" or anything like that. Also, so that i can feel somewhat pretty and make my eye color pop. I don't! wear much makeup myself, but it has become my obsession. :)
Newt! on Fedorko: To accentuate my 'good' features
Willetta Munhall: It's better if you have short hair, but i think you can also do it with long. Use a straightener and straighten your hair, but when you get to the end of your hair curl your hair going inside. It will look kind of wavy like hers. Makeup:just use moisturizer or bb cream. Because it doesn't really look like she's wearing heavy make-up.Curl your lashes. You can put mascara if you want but i don't think its necessary. Do a thin make up on your eyebrows using brow pencil(colour depends on your hair colour, use a lighter shade) .
Stanton Degregorio: I wear mascara and bronzer. Makes my lashes longer and bronzer makes my skin look brighter.. I feel like I look washed out if I don't wear a little bit of make up.
Shawnna Kusky: sometimes mum tries to make me wear makeup...i don't let herand i agree with keira, not EVERYONE has to wear makeup! But mascara looks good, and it will go well with your skin ty! pe i think...hehe it sounds like i have no idea what i'm talking about but i do! some people look crap in mascara, i don't think you wouuld!
Everette Rovinsky: I want to wear makeup because my face looks really, uh, bare without it. When I wear it, though, it makes me feel like I'm wearing a mask. I don't like it.
Kenneth Blacker: Because I am an insecure, sensitive teenage girl with almost no self esteem whatsoever. I mean, how can I feel normal if I don't cake my face in cosmetics?
Zora Mazzie: to make myself look pretty(:
Terrell Lawman: I love how natural and casual she looks and how she doesn't look like she's wearing a lot of makeup and her hair is all just perfect without trying. Please explain in detail!
Raymon Fiene: swell, ive been wearing make up since i was 13 and i loved it ever since i try not to wear make up but i got so used to wearing it i dont think i look pretty with out it. also to cover up my freckles and my reddness when i! red nervous
Ermelinda Stalnaker: Because i feel insecure
E! verette Rovinsky: Best feeling in the world is to make YOURSELF feel beautiful, if its make up, going for a jog or accomplishing something! Helps with a rough day :o) Us women are simple and complicated all at the same time!
