Leif Andreason: Of course. People own corporations, therefore the government cannot limit their rights. Now if the government owns the corporation, I believe if can choose to restrict what it chooses.
Doreatha Kjellsen: All rights are individual in the USA, that protects individuals from a collectivist approach in law.
Judie Kise: No. The First Amendment (and the 4th) doesn't apply to corporations. It also doesn't apple to people.It applies to the government, and limits the power of the government to restrict speech or conduct searches.
