Conditioning my hand?

Arnette Dominici: Continue to punch objects. Do makiwa (spelled that wrong, I am sure), or hit the heavy bag continuously without gloves. Do it until you can throw 100% on the bag without gloves comfortably. Eventually you will not need gloves.Lightly punch the ground. Lightly, then increase in hardness until your knuckles hurt. Do not draw blood or hit the ground as hard as possible. 50% power is the hardest you should hit....Show more

Ofelia Kieck: Hardening Knuckles: Get a phone book and put it against the wall, punch it from about 1-1/2ft away with a vertical fist. Don't overdue it.Hardening Skin(knuckle area): Get a towel or something that will scratch the skin and repeatingly hit it with a downward sweeping motion. Stop right before you start to bleed.Forearms: Find some kind of pole then rap rope around a section of it, then repeadindly hit it. If you have a partner you can do blocking excersies that will also strengthen the forearms....Show more

Sheron! Perrez: conditioning your hand wont help you break a brick, its not that your hand is not strong enough its you dont have the proper technique, to break it. power does not come from your hand it comes from know how to generate it using your entire body
